Shipping Courier:
Our company partners with several couriers, including UPS, Purolator, ICS, FedEx, and Canada Post to handle our shipping needs. Our system automatically selects the most suitable courier for each order based on the best price and shortest transit time.
If you prefer to use a specific courier, please include a note with your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the chosen courier incurs significantly higher costs, an additional charge may apply to your order.
If you require faster express shipping, please reach out to us, and we can provide a quote for the available options.

Canada
We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide:
- Free shipping on orders over $60
- $9.99 flat-rate on orders over $21
- $15.00 flat-rate on orders under $21
USA
We offer flat-rate shipping to USA (the 50 states and the District of Columbia only)
- Free shipping on orders over US$75
- US$11.99 flat-rate on orders over US$20
- US$14.99 flat-rate on orders under US$20
USA shipping now includes import fees — no more additional charges upon delivery!
We are unable to ship to US PO boxes.
International
At checkout, our system will display the available shipping options for your country. If you'd like additional shipping options beyond what’s provided on our website, feel free to reach out to us—we’ll be happy to explore alternatives for you!
Please note that international orders may be subject to import fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are determined by your local import/export regulations and are payable upon receipt of your package to the shipping courier.
We are not responsible for any customs-related charges, including duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees that may apply to your order.
Shipping Time:
All of Nelson Naturals' products are meticulously produced from scratch and shipped directly from our facility in Nelson, British Columbia, Canada since 2012. We take pride in managing every step of the production process in-house to ensure the highest quality for our customers.
We primarily use ground shipping for all orders. However, express shipping options are available for an additional cost. If you'd like to upgrade to express shipping, please reach out to us after placing your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

These are just approximations and not guaranteed. We rely on couriers for our deliveries, and their delivery times are beyond our control.
Important: Protocol for Damaged Product -
In spite of our best efforts to pack our products in a safe and sustainable way, sometimes the carriers are just too rough and damage can occur.
Firstly if there is broken glass please be very careful not to cut yourself.

Please take detailed pictures of the products and box then send to admin@nelsonnaturals.com. Please include a description of how many units were affected.Â
In some cases the carrier may require inspection of the package in person, so we will let you know as soon as possible if this is required.

Porch Pirates Thefts (Lost After Delivery):
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a safe and secure location for delivery. If theft is a concern in your area, we strongly recommend shipping to a secure alternative location e.g., workplace, parcel locker, a trusted location where someone can receive the parcel, or arranging a pickup at the designated pickup point with the courier (if available). If you require a signature for delivery, please leave a note on your order or reach out to us to opt in for that service.
