We want to inform you about the ongoing Canada Post strike, which may impact the delivery of orders shipped via their service (PO Boxes and some remote Rural Addresses). While we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible, delays in transit may occur due to disruptions in postal operations.

To minimize the impact on our customers, we recommend:

• Avoid using PO Box shipping address, as only Canada Post can handle those shipments
• If you currently have a PO Box listed as your shipping address, please contact us to update it to an alternative standard street address

Please rest assured that most of our shipments are not affected. For regular addresses, we use trusted courier services such as UPS, Purolator, ICS, and others to ensure your orders are delivered on time.
